Ever since I was a child, the only thing I've ever wanted to do is tell stories through film. I began experimenting with making short films when I was only 8 years old. Throughout the years, I studied my favorite film directors and filmmakers and how they used cinema to convey emotion and bring stories to life on the silver screen! I was hooked. Now i'm getting to live my dream by telling the love stories of couples, and the heart behind the businesses of local entrepreneur. I can't wait to tell yours!
Style is largely subjective, and is a personal preference. There is no "one way" to craft a wedding film. Some are more fun and fast paced, with wild transitions and modern music. Some are slow and draught out. We however, prefer a very romantic/timeless approach to filmmaking. We believe that those elaborate transitions and fast cutting take away from the main purpose of the film... YOU and your love story. We aim to find a balance between a fresh and entertaining film, and something timeless that will forever preserve your love story.
The most important thing to me in my life is my beautiful wife Erika! We are high school sweethearts and met when we were only 17. Erika and I often work along side each other as she is a wedding photographer herself. We started our businesses in high school together, and have learned and grown so much with each other over the years. No matter what happens, she is my everything, my constant, and daily reminder to me that true love exists. Whenever we get to shoot weddings together, it is a dream come true. We are the perfect team!
Erika and I live together with our two pups Lilo and Oliver in our little house in Fredericksburg, VA! We love sitting out in our back yard and playing fetch with them and laughing as they try to catch the tiny birds and squirrels that come into our yard. They make our life so full and we truly don't know what we would do without them. We love our little family and every second we get to spend together. From walks to the park, to binge watching our favorite Netflix shows and cuddling, I wouldn't trade it for the world.
